 2 Prenatal Sessions  On-Call Labor Support starting at 2 weeks prior to due date  Continuous Physical Support in Labor  Non-Medical Pain/Comfort Measures  Informational & Emotional Advocacy  1 Class of your choice (in-person or online): Car Seat Safety Class Safe Sleep Class CPR  In-Hospital and In-Home or Birthing Center Lactation Support  Creating a Birth Plan (optional)  1 post birth counseling/debriefing session  1 postpartum session  Belly Binding ( for an additional fee)  Resourcing and Referrals Prenatal/postpartum sessions and classes can be added for an additional fee.
